RPPI In Georgia Increased By 10.4 % in 2024 Y-O-Y

During the fourth quarter of 2024, Georgia’s Residential Property Price Index (RPPI) rose by 5.2% compared to the previous quarter, with an annual growth of 10.4%, according to the National Statistics Office of Georgia (Geostat).As stated in the report, the index has increased by 54.3% compared to the 2020 average. The RPPI reflects the market trends for new residential properties in Tbilisi, encompassing both flats and detached houses.

In Q4 2024, prices saw quarterly growth in both categories: flats increased by 4.7%, while detached houses rose by 6.7%. On an annual basis, compared to Q4 2023, flat prices climbed by 9.8%, and detached house prices surged by 12.3%.
