The forum brings together representatives from the public sector, business community, real estate development companies, as well as analytical and academic circles, who discuss key issues related to the country’s economic growth, investment climate, and the development of the construction sector.

Within the framework of the forum, attention was given to expectations for Georgia’s economic growth in 2026, the country’s investment attractiveness, and the importance of a competitive business environment for long-term economic development.
The discussion also addressed the shortage of qualified workforce and unemployment, which remain among the key challenges of the labor market, as well as the steps that can contribute to improving the current situation in this regard.
It was emphasized that infrastructure and real estate development projects represent one of the main pillars of the country’s economy and account for a significant share of overall economic activity.
Speakers noted that, in order to ensure sustainable economic growth, it is essential to implement large-scale infrastructure projects in a well-planned manner and strengthen long-term quality control mechanisms.
