On July 4, 2025, Arkan Property, a real estate company, and Verona, a specialist in high-quality interior design materials and furniture solutions, officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a strategic partnership.
The collaboration aims to enhance Arkan’s residential offerings by delivering fully renovated, turnkey apartments equipped with premium Verona furniture and Veneto Design bathroom accessories. Verona will curate and supply the design elements, ensuring a seamless integration of style, comfort, and functionality across all units.
This initiative aligns with Arkan’s mission to offer exceptional value to its clients through thoughtfully designed living spaces. While the MoU is non-binding, it reflects the mutual intent of both parties to cooperate in good faith over the next 12 months, with detailed terms to be set in future agreements.
The MoU was signed by Nanuka Alavidze, Marketing Manager of Arkan Property, and Archil Mgaloblishvili, Co-founder of Verona.
