Arkan Property took part in a recent panel discussion held within the framework of the “Economic Forum,” focusing on the topic: Mechanisms Supporting the Development of Renewable Energy – Opportunities and Potential for Georgia to Achieve Sustainable Positions in the Energy Sector.
The forum brought together key representatives from both the Governmental and private sectors to discuss Georgia’s energy future, emphasizing the country’s potential in developing sustainable and renewable energy sources. Among the prominent speakers were Archil Gachechiladze, CEO of Bank of Georgia, who emphasized the role of financial institutions in supporting green energy investments; Davit Narmania, Chairman of the Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission (GNERC), who addressed regulatory frameworks and energy market development; Levan Vepkhvadze, Executive Director of the Business Association of Georgia, who spoke on the private sector’s readiness and the need for effective public-private partnerships.
