Georgian cuisine to be showcased at Madrid Fusión congress

Georgian cuisine will take center stage at Madrid Fusión, one of the world’s most influential gastronomy congresses, held in the Spanish capital from January 27 to 29, the National Tourism Administration of Georgia announced on Sunday.

The Georgian stand will feature a variety of food, wine, and tourism products, with a ‘Show Kitchen’ included as part of the exhibit to engage visitors and industry professionals.

Four renowned Georgian chefs – Guram Baghdoshvili, Davit Narimanishvili, Daduna Ghlonti, and Irakli Todadze – will represent the country. They will conduct master classes on Georgian dishes and wine tasting sessions twice daily over the three-day event, according to the GNTA.
