The cooperation involves the deepening of strategic and global partnerships in real estate, sales and investments and emphasizes the importance of cooperation between regional and international real estate markets.
MOU aims to coordinate and develop joint initiatives to support and accelerate the establishment of an efficient and competitive regional real estate exchange market.
The parties shall endeavor to strengthen their cooperation with a view to developing trade in real estate and services, creating a favorable and attractive business climate, and promoting investment and sustainable development. The two parties shall endeavor to implement measures to promote and enhance the modernization of the framework for sales and investment relations between Georgia and European and Arab countries in order to improve market access conditions. Also to present Georgia on international platforms and attract new direct foreign investments.
The memorandum was signed by Sales Director of ARKAN Property Tiniko Pitskhelauri and Commercial Director of DEKA DEVELOPMENT Sopho Nadiradze.
