Lisi Lake, perched at an altitude of 615-730 meters above sea level, is one of the most cherished recreational spots in the city. Known for its fresh air and diverse flora and fauna, the area offers a sanctuary of natural beauty. It served as a source of inspiration for architect Tamar Garuchava.
Designed to seamlessly blend with its surroundings, the development draws its architectural vision from the natural landscape, providing both aesthetic harmony and practical comfort for future residents.
“Everyday life can be hectic, which is why the proximity to Lisi Lake offers residents a unique opportunity to unwind. The environment itself shaped the essence of the future architectural project, both from an architectural perspective and from the users’ point of view.
The scale of the project provides the opportunity to maximize comfort, as the expansive space allows for various facilities to be arranged. For example, the project includes an Olympic-standard swimming pool and a wide range of recreational amenities.
As for the challenges, the primary difficulty was the complex terrain. For this reason, the leading construction experts in Georgia worked on developing a solid structure and adapted each building block individually to the terrain.
The project’s orientation prioritizes maximum integration with the environment. Therefore, we designed three distinct blocks, each with only 12 floors and large recreational areas. Even the rooftops are designed with open living spaces, green recreational areas, and penthouses featuring private pools, ensuring that the project is surrounded by greenery from all sides” – architect Tamar Garuchava.
