On March 29, the central industry event for exclusive real estate offers – PROPERTY EXCLUSIVE 2025 – took place at the Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers. The event was organized by the real estate hub Property Georgia, with FIABCI-Georgia.
PROPERTY EXCLUSIVE 2025 was opened with thematic expert discussions under the title Property Talks. These discussions focused on current developments and key trends in the real estate sector. A panel discussion analysed the market situation in 2025 and provided an outlook for 2026.
Representatives from partner and supporter companies, as well as members and non-members of FIABCI-Georgia, participated in the Property Talks. Special guests included delegates from the diplomatic corps. Following the discussions, companies from the FIABCI-Georgia network presented new projects. Arkan Property was participant of the event, joining discussions and B2B meetings.
Participants of the event had exclusive access to pre-Easter and seasonal special offers in the real estate sector and related industries. Additionally, B2B and B2C meetings took place throughout the event. During the day, partner companies held prize draws, offering various rewards.
PROPERTY EXCLUSIVE 2025 was promoted through FIABCI-Georgia’s social media channels, reaching an international audience in over 70 countries.
