A new large-scale investment project, the Paragraph Tabori hotel complex, has officially opened in Tbilisi. The landmark project was completed by Anagi, the partner of Arkan Property, and represents one of the most ambitious developments in Georgia’s recent history.
The opening ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, Speaker of Parliament Shalva Papuashvili, and Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze.
Kaladze emphasized the importance of the project for the city, noting its distinctive design and unique location:
“I am glad that Tbilisi has added a space that, with its distinctive architecture and unique location, will soon become the landmark of our city. Paragraph Tabori is one of the largest investment projects in Georgia’s recent history, with a total investment of more than 500 million GEL in the hotel, golf courses, and cable car.”
Situated on Mount Tabori, the hotel is connected to Liberty Square by a newly built cable car, offering panoramic views of the capital and easy access to the National Botanical Garden.
Kaladze also expressed his gratitude to the Georgian Tourism Development Fund and Bidzina Ivanishvili for making the project possible:
“I would like to thank the Georgian Tourism Development Fund for marking such a significant place on the world tourist map. Of course, special gratitude goes to Mr. Bidzina Ivanishvili and his family, who put their heart into this project and added another unique location to Tbilisi.”
